Our Process

OUR PROCESS

At Champion, we really get to know our customers. When you choose to build with us, you get your own project team who will get to know you, your goals, and your style, and will oversee your entire outdoor living project, from start to finish.

Schedule your On Site Consultation Today. We will send one of our experienced project developers to your home to gather information about your project. If we can provide an outdoor living project that meets your budget, then we will create a proposal for you.

What Can I expect During This Visit?

  • We will take measurements and photos of the project area
  • We will ask lots of questions about your expectations
  • We will talk to you about your project budget

After your project developer visits your home, we will provide you with a proposal that includes an exact quote proposal for your project. On average, the proposal will be completed in less than 3 days.

HOA Approvals & City Permits

Some areas require a permit or HOA approval for outdoor living projects. The only thing your project developer needs in order to get approval for you is a copy of your lot survey. We will provide all of the additional required information.

If you live in a municipality that requires a building permit, we will handle every submission, inspection, and approval required. Depending on the location, this process can take between four and six weeks.

Materials & Scheduling

Scheduling of your project will depend on several factors — how many jobs we are currently working on, the weather, or if you have a particular deadline for an event at your home.

Project Management & Completion

Your project will be managed and supervised by a team that consists of your project developer and a dedicated project manager. As a team they will ensure your dream outdoor living space will be communicated as designed. They will communicate with you throughout the duration of the project and will be available via email or phone, before, during and after the construction of your project.

Upon completion of your project, your dedicated team will walk through the outdoor living space with you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the completed project. We take pride in our work and want you to be delighted with your new space.

Warranty

We provide you with a strong written warranty for both material and workmanship. We stand behind what we build and want you to know we will come and make repairs if necessary.

Size Guide

How To Measure

In order to select the correct clothing size, we recommend you take the following measurements using a soft tape measure. If necessary, ask someone else to help.

1. Bust
Wearing a bra, pass the tape measure straight across your back, under your arms and over the fullest point of your bust.

2. Waist
Pass the tape measure around your natural waistline, at the narrowest point of your waist. The tape measure should sit snugly against your body, but should not be pulled too tight.

3. Hips
Pass the tape measure across your hipbone, around the fullest point of your hips.

4. Dress Length
Standing up straight, in bare feet and with both feet together, measure from the middle of the most prominent bone at the base of your nape downwards as far as the length indicated in the product details.
